PRICING & TAX
Pacific Stereo reserves the right to correct the pricing in completed transactions in the case of a typographical error. Pricing between PacificStereo.com Online Store and Pacific Stereo stores may differ.
Sales tax is charged only to California Residents.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous 48 United States on all purchases totaling $50 or more. Please allow 3 – 6 business days to arrive. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged for shipping.
Same Day Shipping
Most orders placed before 12:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day.
We primarily ship all products through UPS, and orders can be tracked through UPS.com. Expedited shipping - including 2nd Day and Overnight shipping - is available upon request. We currently ship exclusively to addresses using a United States Zip Code, excluding Puerto Rico and US possessions and territories.
Address and Phone Number Verification Policy
We reserve the right to require a verified address and phone number prior to shipping your purchase. A "verified" address is considered the same as the billing address of the credit card used for your purchase. For security reasons, we also reserve the right to contact you via the phone number provided.
If you wish to ship to an address other than the billing address of the credit card, please confirm your alternate address with PayPal. This allows us to ship your package to any verified location.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
PacificStereo.com Return Policy
Within 30 days of the date of purchase, items may be returned for a refund or exchange provided that they are in new, clean cosmetic condition with the UPC and serial numbers intact, in the original box, with all manuals and accessories included.
Simply contact us and we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please clearly note this RMA on a copy of your invoice. We must receive the item within 14 days after issuing the RMA for a full refund, or a new shipment to be sent.
All Returns will be Inspected
Pacific Stereo will inspect all returns to ensure they meet the ‘new condition’ criteria. Once this has been confirmed, the refund or exchange will be processed. If an item does not meet this “new condition” criteria, Pacific Stereo reserves the right to charge a restocking fee commensurate with the condition of the return.
Return shipping must be paid by the buyer.
Ensure Vehicle Compatibility
Pacific Stereo will not issue any refunds for products that have been installed. Please consult our Vehicle Fit Guide for vehicle compatibility before ordering. Or, just give us a call.
Return shipping will be charged for refused packages. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by Pacific Stereo. Please contact us to be issued an RMA prior to returning any product.
In the case of manufacturer defect, please contact us with your order number and specify the problem you’re experiencing with the product. Once the defect has been verified, we will provide you with an RMA number. Please include all of the original packaging, manuals, and accessories, with the RMA noted clearly on a copy of your invoice. We must receive the item within 14 days of issuing the RMA number for a full refund or a new shipment to be sent.
Lost or Damaged in Return Transit
Pacific Stereo accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged packages during return transit. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange for any item not meeting the above RMA criteria.
Special Orders like the JL Audio Stealthbox® and Pre-fabricated subwoofer enclosures usually take 3 - 7 business days to ship, and are non-refundable. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
As an authorized retailer, our items come with the full Manufacturer's Warranty. Beyond the Manufacturer's Warranty that comes with our products, we offer extended warranty plans through Consumer Priority Service - a third-party provider.
With the purchase of an Extended Warranty Plan, you will receive a CPS Warranty Card which must be activated within 30 Days. Support for the Extended Warranty Plans will be exclusively provided by Consumer Priority Service.
PacificStereo.com is not responsible for providing support to customers for the Extended Warranty Plans, or for any lost CPS Warranty Cards, or for customers who fail to activate their cards within the specified 30 days.
