The 2006 Ram 2500 Cummins Turbo Diesel is touted as one of the premier workhorses of the automotive world, whether it's used for work or play.

Location:Pacific Stereo in Riverside, CA

With nearly 350 Horsepower, 400 foot lbs. of torque and several tons of towing capacity, it’s safe to say that getting from point A to a rather distant point B is never a problem.

This Ram needed better tunes and significantly better lighting - neither of which are a problem for Pacific Stereo to accommodate.

The first step was to add a custom dash kit, complete with woodgrain for a classic touch. Next we added the Alpine INE-W927HD navigation receiver. This receiver comes with DVD and CD capabilities as well as HD radio and free traffic alerts for life. Whether it’s an errand across town or a cross country vacation, the trip is always well in hand.

We completed the video installation by attaching a backup camera to the rear bumper. In a truck this big, putting it reverse is a small adventure, especially as things get closer to the back bumper. The backup camera takes the guessing out of the equation with an easy to use scale built into the image- all of which is easily seen on the receiver any time the truck is put into reverse.

Using a Rigid 20” light bar behind the grille and a 50” bar on top, we added enough light to signal people in Arizona the truck was coming. We fabricated custom mounts for the 50” light bar, allowing for a unique, slimline mount on the roof. Finally, two switches were installed in the cabin to control each set of lights.

This truck’s got lights, a camera and plenty of action!

Package price: $3500
